Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Luna Malvada Plata
  • 1 oz salt-cured seasonal apple cordial
  • 0.75 oz lime juice
  • Habanero Pepper

How to make the seasonal apple cordial

  • Wash a red apple and slice 3 thin slices.
  • Add the sliced apples to a blender and sprinkle in a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
  • Add 1 oz of white sugar.
  • Add 1 oz of orange liqueur.
  • Add 1 oz of cold water.
  • Add Habanero slice
  • Blend and strain!

To simplify even MORE:

Instead of sliced apples, substitute:

  • 1 oz Mott’s Apple Juice
  • 0.5 oz orange liqueur
  • 0.5 oz of white sugar
  • 0.5 oz of cold water
  • 1 Habanero slice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Stir to dissolve
