
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Luna Malvada Plata
- 1 oz salt-cured seasonal apple cordial
- 0.75 oz lime juice
- Habanero Pepper
How to make the seasonal apple cordial
- Wash a red apple and slice 3 thin slices.
- Add the sliced apples to a blender and sprinkle in a pinch of Maldon sea salt.
- Add 1 oz of white sugar.
- Add 1 oz of orange liqueur.
- Add 1 oz of cold water.
- Add Habanero slice
- Blend and strain!
To simplify even MORE:
Instead of sliced apples, substitute:
- 1 oz Mott’s Apple Juice
- 0.5 oz orange liqueur
- 0.5 oz of white sugar
- 0.5 oz of cold water
- 1 Habanero slice
- Pinch of salt
- Stir to dissolve
