Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Luna Malvado Reposado
  • 0.5 oz Mezcal
  • 0.75 oz pineapple/banana/green tea cordial
  • 0.75 oz lemon juice
  • 0.75 oz frothed egg whites (Or “fee foam” if you’re vegan)
  • Pinch of salt

To make the pineapple/banana/green tea cordial 

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine 10 oz pineapple juice with two bags of green tea.

Heat until the edges bubble and you can smell the tea and cooked pineapple.

Remove from heat. 

Add 10 oz of agave (Or sugar for a brighter taste)

Add 5 drops of organic banana extract 

Let this cool. (For longer shelf life, add one gram of lactic acid powder)
